Pour la pr\u00e9parer de la meilleure mani\u00e8re possible, une s\u00e9ance de travail vient de se faire chez Jacques Duttweiler \u00e0 Thierrens. Dans le but de trouver une douzaine de fromages \u00e0 accorder avec six cuv\u00e9es de vins PHUSIS.<\/p>\n<p>Les accords vins et fromages sont loin d&#8217;\u00eatre faciles \u00e0 trouver. Le plus souvent, l&#8217;id\u00e9e que l&#8217;on a (qui se base parfois sur des exp\u00e9riences pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes) est mise \u00e0 mal. Les vins sont vivants, ils changent, \u00e9voluent tout comme les fromages : \u00a0chaque pi\u00e8ce est diff\u00e9rente des autres.
