Le samedi 7 avril, il viendra une nouvelle fois \u00e0 la Sarraz faire chauffer l\u2019ancestral four \u00e0 pain de la maison pour vous transmettre sa m\u00e9thode et ses exp\u00e9riences. Chacun apprendra \u00e0 faire son levain, \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner son pain et \u00e0 le cuire \u2013 non sans repartir avec apr\u00e8s\u00a0!
